The Initiative for Egypt provides young professionals from Egypt a year-long critical skills training opportunity at community colleges throughout California. Participants are trained in various disciplines including agriculture, business, allied health, and hospitality. This program is possible through partnerships between the Community College Chancellor's Office, the US State Department’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and the Fulbright Commission-Egypt.
